THE COMMISSION PROCESS

Send me an e-mail at ellehar.bieuville@gmail.com (DM are also viable options-but be sure to contact me with the message system you use/check on most often) detailing what you want me to draw(please include commission type as well as scene description if applicable), and be sure to attach any references you have of your character(game screencaps, art that you commissioned from other artists etc…).

After we agree on the comissions and details , I will continue to the next step after payment fully upfront or half upfront, (I will send you an invoice for whichever you feel more comfortable with) via PayPal or money wire. Once I receive the payment, I will start on the the commission. I will get started on the sketch and give you a timeline for your illustration. I will send you a sketch so we agree on the colors, composition, pose , perspective… Minor adjustment are still okay later but every big adjustement past the sketch phase will be charged. (Big ajustement include things we already agreed upon like the pose or the architecture…)

After the sketch is sent, all necessary changes made, and you are content to move forward I will start working on finishing the commission. I will keep you updated on its progress throughout

Once the commission is complete, I will send you the finished commission over e-mail or Google drive. If you paid half upfront, then you will pay the other half once you receive the finished piece at low res and i’ll send you the high res version as soon as i’ve recieved the payment.
